Enzyme preparation with characteristic xylanase and (  -glucanase activityDescription: ZY Wheat-200 contains an enzyme complex with carbohydrase activity, which is produced by fermentation of Aspergillus niger and a selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae. The enzyme primarily hydrolyses arabinoxylans (pentosans) and (
-glucans to oligosaccharides and partly to mono-, di- and trisaccharides. In addition, ZY Wheat-200 contains hemicellulase, pectinase, 
-galactosidase and protease activity.Application: ZY Wheat-200 is suitable for cereal based feeds that contain higher proportions of wheat, triticale or rye and corresponding by-products. It also allows the inclusion of up to 10 % of barley or oats. Specification: The enzyme is present in the form of a coated micro-granulate, which is manufactured by a patented process providing excellent heat stability. ZY Wheat-200 is a free-flowing product of slightly brownish colour. The average particle size is 500-600 um. As a non-dusty product it offers considerable advantages in feed processing. Activity: 1 g of ZY Wheat-200 contains 750 FXU xylanase (IUB 3.2.1.8) and 10 U -glucanase (IUB 3.2.1.6)Analysis: method of analysis is available upon request Dosage: "The typical dosage rate is 200 g per 1000 kg of compound feed. Depending on the feed composition and the conditions during feed production, the recommended dosage range is 200-300 g ZY Wheat-200 per 1000 kg of compound feed. Stability: Due to the superior coating technology, ZY Wheat-200 remains stable at pelleting temperatures up to 90° C.
