Product description VOLAMEL EXTRA is an Emulsified Concentrate for broiler feeds. This product is Nukamel's latest development in the broiler range; it is produced based on Emulsifiers. VOLAMEL has been developed to facilitate the usage of fat sources, which are economically interesting, like lard, tallow and palm oil. The valorization of these fats and the improvement of the technical results at the same time are making VOLAMEL an interesting alternative. Emulsifiers are facilitating the absorption of fats by micelle formation. Broilers, especially during the first week of life do have a shortage on bile salts to digest the high fat levels used under current practical conditions. With the support of emulsifiers you can produce energy de nse diets. Due to the usage of more saturated fats, the slaughter quality of the broiler will be better, especially towards breast quality. Its quality and performance: VOLAMEL has been developed to add energy to broiler feeds. A 3% increase of energy can be reached on feed formula basis. Volamel increases the energy value of fat with 10 to 11%. This value has been determined with animal fats and vegetable fatty acids. Packaging VOLAMEL is packed in 25-kg bags.
