specific enzymes Enzyme preparation with characteristic pectinase and  -glucanase activityDescription: ZY MS-250 contains an enzyme complex with carbohydrase activity which is produced by fermentation of Aspergillus niger and a selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae. ZY ms-250 hydroly-ses non-starch polysaccharides (
-glucans, xylans, arabans) which are found in cell walls of all kinds of grains as well as in soybean meal and other protein feedstuffs of plant origin. In addition ZY ms-250 contains protease, hemicellulase, pectinase and a-galactosidase activity.Application: ZY MS-250 is suitable for feeds based on maize, sorghum or rice and appreciable amounts of soybean meal, sunflower meal and other plant proteins. It also allows, to a limited extent, the inclusion of other grains. Specification: The enzyme is present in the form of a coated micro-granulate, which is manufactured by a patented process providing excellent heat stability. ZY MS-250 is a free-flowing product of slightly brownish colour. The average particle size is 500-600 um. As a non-dusty product it offers considerable advantages in feed processing. Activity: 1 g of ZY MS-250 contains 40 U ( -glucanase (IUB 3.2.1.6) and 100 FXU xylanase (IUB 3.2.1.8)Analysis: method of analysis is available upon request Dosage: The typical dosage rate is 250 g per 1000 kg of compound feed. Depending on the feed composition and the conditions during feed production, the recommended dosage range is 200 -300 g ZY ms-250 per 1000 kg of compound feed. Stability: Due to the superior coating technology, ZY MS-250 remains stable at pelleting temperatures up to 82° C.
