Product description
MIXOMEL 35 has been developed to provide an excellent energy source of fats and lactose together with highly digestible vegetable and dairy ingredients.
Nukamel uses the EMULSIZYM® system, which guarantees an excellent digestibility because of the position of the fat in relation to the proteins. Fats are already for about 30% digested in the stomach and therefore they must be positioned on the outside of the product. Furthermore Nukamel uses Ricinus esters (E484) to increase the availability even more. These products are natural copies of the bile salts produced by the pancreas. Therefore the product gives outstanding technical results.
