Enzyme preparation with characteristic 
-glucanase and xylanase activityDescription: ZY Barley-250 contains an enzyme complex with carbohydrase activity, which is produced by fermentation of Bacillus subtilis and a selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae. The enzyme primarily hydrolyses
-glucans and both soluble and insoluble xylans to oligosaccharides and partly to mono-, di- and trisaccharides. In addition, ZY Barley-250 contains 
-amylase activity to ensure complete starch digestion.Application: ZY Barley-250 is suitable for cereal based feeds with higher proportions of barley or oats. It allows the formulation of feeds with barley or oats as the only grain components thus eliminating raw material restrictions for these grains. Specification: The enzyme is present in the form of a coated micro-granulate, which is manufactured by a patented process providing excellent heat stability. ZY Barley-250 is a free-flowing product of slightly brownish colour. The average particle size is 500 -600 um. As a non-dusty product it offers considerable advantages in feed processing. -glucanase (IUB 3.2.1.6), 600 FXU xylanase (IUB 3.2.1.8) and 70 U -amylase (IUB 3.2.1.1)Analysis: method of analysis is available upon request Dosage: The typical dosage rate is 250 g per 1000 kg of compound feed. Depending on the feed composition and the conditions during feed production, the recommended dosage range is 200-300 g ZY Barley-250 per 1000 kg of compound feed. Stability: Due to the superior coating technology, ZY Barley-250 remains stable at pelleting temperatures up to 90° C.
